I’ll write separately about President Medvedev’s miraculous political reforms. For now, here’s a brief note about the one thing without which no political reforms will happen, period.
On December 24 at 2:00 p.m., there will be a joint authorized rally on Sakharov Avenue. Not coming to it would amount to giving the Crooks and Thieves (a popular opposition nickname for the ruling party, United Russia) nationwide permission to continue their cheating and fraud.
