http://zyalt.livejournal.com/499240.html I was at Judicial District No. 369 of the Tverskoy Court today, where Judge Borovkova, cutting short her weekend, gave Sergei Udaltsov another 10 days of arrest. Before that, he had already served 15 + 15. I won’t even get into how unjust the ruling was. I recently experienced Borovkova’s “justice” myself. What happens there has nothing whatsoever to do with the concept of a court. I ran into Sergei a couple of times in the corridor of the detention center when they were taking me out to see my lawyer, and we even spoke briefly. He is on a dry hunger strike, and he looks exactly as you would expect. I believe his life is genuinely in danger, and if (God forbid) Udaltsov’s new arrest ends tragically, it will lead to mass protests that will be anything but peaceful. There will be no smiles like at Bolotnaya and Sakharov (major Moscow protest rallies) here. Udaltsov is being forced to starve because they are simply terrorizing him. They just keep detaining him for nothing and handing him another arrest term. Here, for example, is his detention at an authorized FAR rally. He did absolutely nothing there, he didn’t even speak, the rally was officially permitted, and only Udaltsov was pulled out of the crowd and detained by the police without any reason or explanation. He got three days that time. It is Judge Borovkova, and those in the Moscow City Court (probably Yegorova) who are directing her criminal actions, who are doing everything possible to provoke unrest on the streets of Moscow. Update. And here is the video of that terrible offense for which Udaltsov was given 10 days of arrest.
