The aggressive siphoning off of funds allocated for "countering things on the internet" has become so intense that it’s really starting to work in our favor. For example, here’s the Kremlin’s mighty response to the devastating online analysis of the "12 happy years": the site "What Putin Has Done." It’s an attempt to describe some of his supposed concrete achievements and even plot them on a map. It looks spectacularly absurd.
