Work is actively underway to issue observer credentials in Moscow and the Moscow Region. Two distribution points (the YABLOKO office and Prokhorov’s office) are operating 4 hours on weekdays and 8 hours on weekends. Over the weekend there was a bit of chaos at Prokhorov’s office because the internet went down and everything had to be done manually, but it has now been fixed. All credentials for observers from Moscow and the surrounding region are ready; the remaining 25% of people will receive invitations in the next few days. Watch for an SMS/email. Please do not come without an invitation. Observers from St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region will also receive their credentials centrally and will get information about distribution points in the next few days. Everyone living in any federal subject other than these four (Moscow, Moscow Region, St. Petersburg, Leningrad Region) must collect their credentials themselves and may choose from whom to receive them (the Communists, A Just Russia, or Prokhorov). Here is the continuously updated table: http://rosvybory.org/regions The table contains the contact details of the campaign offices you need to contact in order to collect your credential. The people on the other end of the phone should know everything. In practice, there may be delays: election campaign offices are always chaotic and disorganized, so if something doesn’t work out, contact us. If your region is not yet in the table, please wait—it will appear soon. 4. We invite you to attend a training lecture; the schedule is available at http://rosvybory.org/lectures . If there are no lectures in your city, you can watch recordings at http://www.ustream.tv/channel/rosvybory .
