Could it really be that the head of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation is giving his driver illegal orders to flagrantly violate traffic rules? It is hardly surprising that, seeing this lawlessness, many people try to find a fallback option and obtain residence permits in the Czech Republic and buy property in Spain. Update. This is not Volkhovsky Lane, as I originally wrote, but the intersection of Baumanskaya and Ladozhskaya Streets. There is no immediate oncoming lane there, but 200 meters ahead there is a "No Entry" sign.
