Today, the Investigative Committee informed me that the investigation in the "Kirovles case" has been completed.
Source I do not understand by what incomprehensible means they managed to do this without conducting an economic/accounting expert examination confirming the "theft of 16 million rubles." Most likely, as I wrote earlier, instead of an expert examination we will simply get prejudice (a legal concept meaning a prior court finding is treated as established) — some guy who pleaded guilty in proceedings where nothing had to be proven. We will get the answer very soon. Right now my lawyers are beginning to review the case materials (30 volumes). Then they will put me on trial. Update: a telling article on this subject has appeared in "Rossiyskaya Gazeta" (the Russian government newspaper)
