**The Committee for the Defense of Muscovites and the "DA" movement have finally reached the Moscow city government!!!! **An hour ago, during a meeting of a special commission, the Antimonopoly Service ordered the Moscow city government to revoke a directive under which some obscure LLC "STOLITSA-ZAPAD" was supposed, without any competitive bidding, to demolish seven vocational schools in the city center and build housing and offices in their place. Motions to postpone the case, filed by the Central Administrative District Prefecture and the Moscow Department of Education, were rejected. Thanks to everyone who took part in defending the vocational schools in one way or another (sending messages to the Mayor's pager, standing in pickets, etc.). **The matter is clearly not over yet, but we have won a serious tactical victory. **More on the situation with the vocational schools here.
