Today is the birthday of former Marine Lutskevich.
Denis is marking it in a prison cell, where he was thrown by a gang of crooks and thieves unhappy that Denis himself is unhappy with fraud and theft.

Stay strong — you know it yourself: the heavy chains will fall, and your name, along with those of the other "Bolotnaya prisoners" (people prosecuted over the 2012 Bolotnaya Square protest in Moscow), will be inscribed exactly where the poet Pushkin said it would be.
