Richard Sobolev is 22 years old. He works as an electrical installer and is the sole provider for his mother, who raised him on her own. On May 6, he did not go to Bolotnaya Square, but was at Revolution Square instead, and before his arrest he even managed to upload photos from that day to his VKontakte page. Every one of them was from Revolution Square, and not a single one from Bolotnaya. Nevertheless, he was arrested on June 10 of last year. He was held in pre-trial detention, where investigators demanded that he testify against "the opposition leaders" and the "Left Front" (the mention of the "Left Front" is especially absurd, since Sobolev holds far-right views). Two months later, due to the complete lack of any evidentiary basis, Sobolev was released under travel restrictions. However, the charges against him have not been dropped.
