We will all end up paying together for a $100,000 car for a regional judge, but the blame lies with you—the ones who did not vote. You are lazy, and you do not believe in personal civic responsibility backed by effective collective action. Until you spend 10 minutes to register on Gosuslugi (the Russian government services portal) and vote, judges like this in Udmurtia will keep driving past you, smirking and thinking, "What wonderful people God has sent us: silent, obedient, and lazy too." And for those who are not among the lazy, let me remind you of the need to do everything possible to promote the website created specifically for the vote.
