These are recordings from those very same "Putin webcams" that were installed "so that no one would doubt that the election was fair." This is how the victory of Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin was forged: the "most popular," "supported by everyone," "adored in the Caucasus," the "only possible choice." And it worked. Polling station No. 436 gave Putin 88.13% of the "votes" with a "turnout" of 93.7%. Here is the official election commission protocol.
More than a year has already passed, but our Anti-Corruption Foundation, as part of the "RosVybory" project, is still digging through videos like these and demanding that criminal cases be opened over ballot stuffing. And here is what Mr. Bastrykin from the Investigative Committee tells us

Magnificent, isn’t it? The people who falsified the election declared the election valid and did not file complaints against themselves, so we are not going to investigate anything. Rafik is completely not guilty (a Russian meme meaning an obviously guilty person is absurdly declared innocent). We will, of course, appeal the antics of Lieutenant Colonel Orudzhev, who apparently paid twenty sheep for his position and has clearly never held the Criminal Procedure Code in his hands. And I strongly recommend that everyone link to this post and these videos every time some talking head on television starts going on about how everyone in the Caucasus adores Putin and votes for him in perfect unison.
