Well, this is actually pretty good. The interim results of the experiment with the banned newspaper look quite optimistic. Here is a table describing the progress of the project in the "dry language of numbers." Cities, coordinators, how much money is needed, how much has been raised (the word "success" means the full amount has been collected), etc. As we said, for now the main organizational force is the regional branches of the People's Alliance. This is being done to avoid scammers and provocateurs appearing at the first stage of the experiment. Later we’ll start bringing in anyone who wants to help, after a brief screening (polygraph, Soviet-style fitness standards, degree of kindness in the eyes). As you can see, everyone is taking a different approach, and we welcome that. Some are raising money right away for a large print run (Surgut, Tver), while others are testing the waters with a small one (Ivanovo). Some are raising money through Twitter, while others have put together an excellent website specifically for the project. Now we move on to the "Prizes and Congratulations" section. Congratulations to our quick-moving Lyuba, who decided to take on the Tsaritsyno district where she lives, raised the required 62,000 rubles at incredible speed, printed the newspaper, and distributed it across the glorious district of Tsaritsyno. Out of a print run of 40,000, she only has 7,000 left to distribute. She even provided a report on which apartment buildings were covered.

She annoyed several residents of Kazan so much that they independently, without anyone’s help and without any coordination from us, printed and distributed this in their city:
If only everyone could get this fed up with Katya. Judging by the feedback coming in from Kazan, the city has been covered almost completely. That is very cool. Many thanks to the fine people of Kazan. By the way, they asked us to pass along this message: "the more this North Korean-style clown show on TV escalates, the more newspapers we’ll print." Everyone should follow their example. St. Petersburg, for coverage of one of its districts, raised the money on its own, without our publicity. The People's Alliance, the Fifth of December party, and Municipal Saw joined forces and collected the necessary amount in just a few days. I paid for the first print run myself; after that, I’ll do it on the same basis as everyone else. The next important step should be setting up oversight. We’ll all handle the oversight together. Here is how it will work: anyone who wants to raise money and says they will distribute the newspaper must register a Facebook or VKontakte group that local residents can join, with the task of reporting whether they received the newspaper or not. And, more generally, to give feedback and suggestions about how the experiment is going. Membership should be moderated: only people with a "track record," meaning real posts, should be admitted to the group. It should be clear that this is a real person, and from their posts it should be possible to tell that they actually live in that city and are not a pro-Kremlin youth activist or an "extremism fighter." Here is the first group from that same sobollubov; if you live in the Tsaritsyno district, join and help/monitor. Here is my group—neighbors from Maryino, join and help me monitor the newspaper distribution. So that’s where things stand for now. Huge thanks to everyone participating in any way. Join in. The grandmothers in your city are eager to learn something new, and the zombie box only tells them the same old stuff. Look at the table, see who has mission accomplished or is in the final stretch, and who needs our collective help. Find your city.
