Only 15 days have passed since the launch of the campaign headquarters project "Navalny in Every Building". http://dom.navalny.ru/ And indeed, almost every building now has its own "Navalny," and most buildings have several. Here, for example, is what it looks like near my building:

So, we have: 1. Taken enormous pleasure in watching, as people register in the system, like-minded supporters turn up in neighboring buildings and entrances. People willing to spend some of their personal time working with their neighbors. Campaigning for a common goal. 2. Seen just how many of us there are, and what an amazing network we have spread across the entire city. Right now there are 25,285 "Navalnys in Every Building." 3. Watched funny user-made GIFs about how we are taking over the Kremlin

which various fools—Kremlin political analysts—took very seriously, publishing articles about a "closed social network created to organize unrest." 4. Monitored newspaper distribution and completed several other important tasks. 5. (Most importantly) Shown ourselves that campaigning is not scary at all, and that there is no need to think, "why am I out here campaigning alone like an idiot?". In every district of Moscow, at least 200 people are campaigning alongside you. From day one, we were flooded with letters saying things like: WOW, SO IT TURNS OUT I HAVE SO MANY GREAT NEIGHBORS. I’VE LIVED HERE FOR TEN YEARS AND THOUGHT I WAS THE ONLY ONE LIKE THIS. INTRODUCE ME TO THEM. Introductions need to be handled carefully. We are all, without a doubt, like-minded people, but we are still different individuals. One sincere but overly pushy person can ruin the whole group’s enjoyment of working in the campaign. The headquarters remembers the basic rules of any social network: you must not invade people’s personal space, and you must not disclose their personal data. For disclosing personal data, Yury Dolgoruky (the medieval founder of Moscow) might smack you on the head with his club—or whatever he has, a spear?. We will continue our careful work of building stable communities at http://dom.navalny.ru/ , but for now we have decided to hold a Big Day of Introductions. Today there will be 148 campaign cubes in Moscow—there will definitely be one near your building. You can see that the cubes are marked in green on the map, so it is very easy to figure out where the nearest one is.

Come to the nearest cube today at 7:30 p.m. to meet your neighbors who have also signed up—we sent everyone special emails. There will be lots of people at every cube today: you can talk, get to know one another, and share your experience of campaigning in your building. Coordinate for joint action. And just chat in general. You can even bring cookies, neighbor-style. We are not proposing any special script for the meeting, especially since organizing 148 meetings is impossible. We are relying on self-organization, because each of you is your own Navalny. What matters. The new, third newspaper issue will be delivered to the cubes. You will be able to take copies with you and distribute them in your building. We have repeatedly seen that supporters distribute the newspaper a million times better than commercial contractors do. Just think what a powerful force 25,285 people are, if each of us spends half an hour campaigning today. We could win over half of Moscow in a single day. As old man Katz rightly writes: it is close, so close that all you have to do is stand up and take it. Come today at 7:30 p.m. to the nearest cube and take it. http://dom.navalny.ru/
