Please don’t be lazy. If you can testify in court or provide evidence regarding these incidents, we really need you: 1. You know that the main bottleneck that enabled the fraudsters to stuff the ballot boxes was home voting. Surely some of you are election commission members and observers who encountered violations during at-home voting: - coercion into voting at home, - unlawful compilation of the list of people voting at home, - applications for at-home voting containing forged signatures, - the presence of social welfare office employees during voting (for example, as Sobyanin’s observers), - providing voters with false information about candidates Everything listed above is a direct violation of election law. But in Sobyanin’s view, apparently, it is an essential part of the memorandum on fair elections. We were also contacted many times by pensioners who never submitted applications for at-home voting, but despite that, precinct election commission members still came to them with a portable ballot box (all within the framework of that same memorandum on fair elections). In addition, during these “fairest elections,” social service employees were instructed by their superiors to maximize the percentage of people voting at home or to pressure pensioners to vote for Sobyanin. For example, the illegal distribution of food packages: are there any pensioners among you or your acquaintances willing to confirm that they received food packages and that, when the packages were handed out, it was casually mentioned that they were being given on Sobyanin’s behalf?
