I'm a person of moderate bloodthirstiness. But as for all these inventors of codecs and video formats, I'd just strangle them, burn down their houses, and sing comic couplets over the ashes. Why the hell does my computer keep demanding that I install codecs?!!! I've already installed a million of them! I could start selling them!! Why couldn't they just make two codecs and two video formats? One professional, and one for ordinary clueless users?! Why the hell did they have to invent so many of them?! I have some absolutely fantastic video clips from the debates, plus a whole bunch left over from the Parker Prize. But neither Windows Movie Maker nor Pinnacle Studio will touch them. I install these idiotic codecs, and now even AVI files play without any picture! And that's despite the fact that my laptop is only a month old and everything on it is fully licensed!!! Seriously, is there no decent FINAL video editing program that can handle everything from FLV to DVD files?
