on assigning the preliminary investigation to an investigative team

Chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, Lieutenant General of Justice I.V. Krasnov, having reviewed the materials of criminal case No. 11902450048000049,

ESTABLISHED:

This criminal case is being investigated by the Main Directorate for the Investigation of Especially Important Cases under Paragraph “b,” Part 4, Article 174 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, concerning the receipt by unidentified persons, including employees of the non-profit organization “Anti-Corruption Foundation,” during the period from 01/01/2016 to 12/31/2018, of funds in the amount of no less than 75,585,300.21 rubles, obtained by criminal means, and their subsequent deposit into the current settlement accounts of the said organization in order to finance its activities and launder these funds.

Taking into account that the investigation of this criminal case is particularly complex due to the need to carry out a large number of investigative and procedural actions, including in the territories of various constituent entities of the Russian Federation, it is necessary to assign the preliminary investigation to an investigative team.

Based on the foregoing and guided by Paragraph 1, Part 1, Article 39, Parts 1 and 2 of Article 163 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Federation,
