1/8 Вывели меня сейчас из камеры на комиссию, где начальство торжественно объявило: «Установлено, что вы не прекращаете заниматься своей преступной деятельностью, совершаете преступления прямо из мест лишения свободы. А с сообщниками общаетесь через адвокатов.

2/8 Поэтому адвокатскую тайну в вашем отношении мы отменяем. Все входящие и исходящие адвокатские документы отныне будут подвергаться проверке длительностью три дня».

3/8 На мой удивленный вопрос: «А можно уточнить, какие страшные экстремистские преступления я совершаю?» - было сказано:

4/8 «А это секретная информация, вам ее знать не положено, материалы проверки мы вам не дадим. Все, что вам положено знать: адвокатская тайна на вас больше не распространяется».

5/8 Мало того, они крохотную щель для передачи документов в адвокатской комнате забили. Так что мы с адвокатами теперь общаемся через двойное пластиковое стекло, внутри которого решетка. Общение больше похоже на пантомиму, если честно.

6/8 Здорово получается. Теперь, если адвокат хочет согласовать со мной проект жалобы на колонию, он должен отдать его самой колонии, та через три дня мне, а потом обратная трехдневная дорога уже с моими правками. Очень удобно.

7/8 Правда, от моего права на защиту, и так призрачного, уже и формально ничего не остается.

8/8 Не знаю, что так триггернуло власти: список-6000, Умное голосование или профсоюз заключенных. По мне так все три затеи классные.

6/8 How great. Now, if the lawyer wants to consult with me on a draft of a complaint against the colony, he has to give it to the colony itself, it will reach me three days later, and then it will take three more days to get back to him with my revisions. Very convenient.
