I wonder, are there any dishes made from jellyfish? Surely people must eat jellyfish somewhere. Brrrrr. But then again, what is kholodets? It’s basically a jellyfish. I hadn’t even tried it until I was 25. I used to look at it with horror. And now? Bring it on. With horseradish.
