The Government is considering the idea of raising VAT to 20% and personal income tax to 15%. The Government is considering the idea of taking workers’ pension savings for 2015 as well. The idea of saving one trillion rubles (about 1 trillion Russian rubles) that is embezzled every year through state procurement is not being discussed by the government.
