ACF employee Georgy Alburov was today charged with stealing a poster from a fence in the city of Vladimir.
After the poster’s author told three different media outlets (Russkaya Planeta, ITAR-TASS, and Vedomosti) that the complaint was obtained from him by deception, that he is being deceitfully prevented from withdrawing it, and that he has no claims against anyone, I really have nothing to add.
Let me instead compare the authorities’ efforts to fabricate a case against Alburov with their efforts to solve the high-profile murders on the Don highway, where 20 have already taken place.
