I love this kind of thing. At the end of September, the Interior Ministry held yet another drill on the theme of “how to disperse a Maidan” (i.e., a mass anti-government protest, after Kyiv’s Maidan).
As usual in drills like these, some police officers play the “extremists,” while others practice countering them: holding formation, and so on.
For realism, these “police-extremists” are dressed in civilian clothes, and some of them cover their faces. And the best part is that they even chant the genuinely dangerous extremist slogans that, in the police’s view, the demonstrators they’ll have to break up are supposedly going to use.
Those slogans are: “Russia Forward” and “Power to the People.”

Don’t forget to vote.
