The cases are fabricated by the Presidential Administration and corrupt judges, yet one has to write, “Russia lost.”
Russia has definitively lost in the ECHR (European Court of Human Rights) in the case against me and Yashin. The Grand Chamber of the European court, made up of five judges from different countries, rejected Russia’s request for the case to be reheard.
The administrative arrests of December 5, 2011, have been признаны unlawful, and the proceedings cannot be considered a fair trial. The ruling has entered into legal force, and I and Ilya Yashin will each be paid €26,000 from the state budget. I wrote about how I plan to allocate this money here.
