The press service of the Moscow City Court has just announced that it has refused to review the Yves Rocher case, leaving the cassation appeals filed by Oleg and me without consideration.
The rulings posted on the court’s website say that everyone was tried fairly, without any violations. The sentences are deemed just, and Oleg Navalny is supposed to be “rehabilitated” in isolation from society — in a penal colony.
The statement by the “injured party” that there was no damage at all once again proved of no interest to the court, and it was not taken into account.
