The complaint to the Central Election Commission regarding RPR-PARNAS being barred from the Novosibirsk elections has been delivered and officially filed. It turned out to be an excellent document—many thanks to our legal team. They were clearly pleased with it themselves too: the complaint file they sent me was titled “Candy+.”
