We’ve cleared up some of our current business and, as promised, have filed a lawsuit against the whole hellish crew behind the film about “Agent Freedom”. The case has been filed with Moscow’s Savyolovsky District Court.

So the defendants are the Rossiya-1 TV channel, Kiselyov, who presented the “film,” and its declared author, Yevgeny Popov.

The grounds are obvious: Kiselyov’s entire “investigation” is fabricated from the first word to the last, including the laughable “Skype correspondence with Browder.”

The so-called “phone conversation with Ponomaryov” is an obvious fake altogether. Even without any forensic audio analysis, it is clear that this is not my voice.

In the film, I am specifically accused of committing crimes: organizing Magnitsky’s murder and espionage. Kiselyov and Co. will be required to prove this in court, since in cases like this the burden of proof lies with the defendant.

Yes, of course, you will immediately remind me—and you will be right—that not a single court in the country accepted our similarly obviously winnable lawsuits against Chaika.

We know that, but we’ll try anyway. It will be interesting to see what comes of it.
