St. Petersburg has major, complicated elections coming up. There are elections both to the State Duma and to the Legislative Assembly. Everywhere there are party lists, and everywhere there are single-member district candidates. There are good people running from different parties.

And in St. Petersburg, it would also be good to deliver some retribution.

It was there, in 2011, that one of the largest cases of election fraud took place (not counting the Caucasus, where the results are simply made up). United Russia organized “additional polling stations” that did not actually exist — in reality, those locations were warehouses and various office buildings with access control — and stuffed nearly 400,000 votes for their leader, Putin.

So, dear residents of St. Petersburg (I checked, that is indeed how the word is spelled), not a single vote for United Russia in the State Duma elections.

In the Legislative Assembly election, vote for PARNAS on the party list — it is a genuine opposition party, and if they get in, they will really shake things up.

A separate appeal to those who live in the Rzhevka-Porokhovye district: the head of ACF in St. Petersburg, Dmitry Sukharev, is running in your constituency. Support him. He will make an excellent deputy.
