I saw a link to this segment on Twitter and couldn’t believe something like this could have been broadcast on a federal TV channel.
But it was:
Obviously, I’m not going to share the link either, but NTV really did air some monstrous bestiality porn—blurred, yes, but with a voice-over narrator explaining in detail what had been blurred out.
They’re seriously sick. I don’t usually like the argument that “children could have seen this,” but here there’s no other way to put it: children really could have seen it and been traumatized for life.
And this is being aired by the same people who fine media outlets for failing to include the phrase “organization banned in Russia” and who nearly crushed TV Rain (an independent Russian TV channel) over a poll about the Siege of Leningrad.
Will NTV’s management be fired? I highly doubt it. Will ombudsmatushka and deputy Vitaly Milonov speak out? Will representatives of the Russian Orthodox Church condemn bestiality on live television? None of that will happen. This kind of thing is apparently allowed.
Russia has become a country where morality is policed by sick perverts.
