We went through the March 26 protest groups from this list. After removing private groups, we ended up with 99 "active" cities.
Of those:
"Not approved" — 72. Accordingly, protests there will go ahead on the basis of the Constitutional Court ruling (63 of those cities are already prepared to take to the streets); Approved — 21;
Won court cases against local authorities over refusals to authorise rallies: Novosibirsk, Kazan, Perm, Nizhny Tagil.
Pending approval — 3; Status unclear — 4.
As of now, 84 cities are realistically ready to take part in the protests. Bonn and Basel have joined the list of European cities. Demonstrators are planning to picket the Russian consulates there.
Tomorrow, the Navalny.live channel will be streaming protest broadcasts throughout the entire day.

A lot of people are asking: it's scary to go with a sign—what should I do?
My answer: sling an old pair of sneakers over your shoulder. Why not make that your sign?
