I think Saratov may have set a record for the number of volunteers at a campaign meeting. It’s a good thing we booked such a huge venue. I remember walking in and thinking: wow, this place is going to look pretty empty for our event.

As you can see — not exactly.

After that, it was very easy to answer journalists’ questionsabout the so-called “Volodin stronghold” and Volodin’s famous 62.2% election result.

What stronghold? This crook wouldn’t even be able to gather 30 people here to work for his campaign for free. Without administrative pressure and election fraud, they have nothing at all.

But the real support — from people who genuinely believe in the cause — is on our side. Here, already 1,500 people registered for the “He Is Not Dimon to Us” (an anti-corruption protest slogan referring to Dmitry Medvedev) rally.

A wonderful city, and some really thoughtful questions. Thank you to everyone who came. Let’s keep working together.

The campaign office is open from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at 3/1 Teatralnaya Square.

Tomorrow, we take to the streets and ask our questions there, since the authorities are pretending not to hear us.

Moscow: 2:00 p.m., any point on Tverskaya Street.

The list of participating cities is here.
