As you may remember, Nikolai Lyaskin, the coordinator of our Moscow headquarters, was ambushed outside the office and struck on the head with a steel pipe.
The valiant police immediately open a criminal case. They instantly find some guy claiming he was the attacker. A press release is immediately published saying that the attack was ordered by Lyaskin himself. And now NTV’s “journalistic scoop” is a video of the villain’s interrogation.

- How do you know Lyaskin? Well, from the headquarters. In the volunteer... campaign headquarters of Alexei Lyaskin. - Navalny? Yes, Alexei Navalny. I found out in St. Petersburg that you could make some extra money as a volunteer. - What was your conversation about? I said I wanted to earn some money. He offered me 220,000 rubles. To stage an attack on two people.
Sure, perfectly believable. A previously convicted guy comes in from the Leningrad Region. He goes to Lyaskin and says: I want to make some money. And Lyaskin is like: all right then, stage an attack on me and I’ll give you 220,000 rubles.
That’s usually how it goes.
And you know what the conclusion from all this is: it is now absolutely clear that the idea of hitting Lyaskin on the head with a steel pipe did not come from some madman or hooligan, but from a little man in a suit from Putin’s Presidential Administration.
That’s their brilliant idea. Smash someone over the head, then put some drunk-looking bum on TV to say that Lyaskin ordered it himself.
