The first project is campaigning. Don’t go vote, and persuade everyone around you not to vote either.
The second project is election monitoring. You and I understand perfectly well that in response to the strike and boycott, Putin will simply falsify voter turnout.
Exactly the way they have falsified it all these years. Just look at 99% turnout in Dagestan, 95% in Mordovia, or 85% in Tatarstan or Bashkortostan — it is all completely fake.
Everyone has always understood this, but no one has tried to fight it on a nationwide scale. There simply were not enough people. For the most part, the election-monitoring movement covered Moscow, St. Petersburg, and a couple of the largest cities.
You and I are going to do this across the whole country, with a special focus on regions with “electoral anomalies.” We really need you for this project. It will work only if tens of thousands of people take part in it conscientiously.
