Reports from Arkhangelsk say that Mikhail Vyacheslavovich Listov, who was previously fined for posting this photo on his VK page, has been found completely innocent on appeal.
Of course, this happened only because of public pressure—thousands of people took part in the campaign (be sure to read this in particular), and millions were outraged by the government's idiocy.
