We wanted to check whether it was possible for one person to obtain several voting slips—the kind that let you later come to a polling station and receive a ballot.
To our surprise, it turned out to be incredibly easy. No tricks are needed. You go to any MFC public service center (there are 121 of them in Moscow), and they give you a detachable voucher that you then take to whichever polling station you chose.
You can get ten vouchers and vote ten times. Nothing will stop you, because there is no nationwide list at the polling station showing that Vasechkin has already voted on the next street over.

The system is perfectly designed for local crooks to easily organize classic “carousel voting” (a more precise term would be “cruise voting”): they put public utilities workers on a bus and drive them from polling station to polling station all day until each person has voted 20 to 30 times.
And it becomes obvious that these 4.2 million people who supposedly applied to vote at a different polling station are, for the most part, simply raw material for falsification—its legal cover.
There are 4 days left until voting day. Everyone should do one simple and very effective thing: every day, write that they will not go and are boycotting the election. Write that there is no real election.
Forty-nine percent of the population uses social media every day. If 100,000 people post daily about boycotting the election, they are guaranteed to reach that 49%.
Don’t be lazy. Every day. Ideally several times a day.
