Well, for now we can say with confidence: those who said, “There will be less fraud in this election because Putin has already beaten everyone anyway,” were wrong.

The morning at the state farm (sovkhoz) began in the usual way.

Our observers in Kemerovo Region and Krasnodar Krai are simply being denied access to polling stations.

In Kemerovo, we are seeing a ridiculous turnout-control method. An old woman sits by the ballot box and hands out some kind of tokens to people who have voted.

In Krasnodar Krai, guys from the local administration are simply sitting there with fake authorization papers and saying: the observer seats are already taken.

Video monitors can see that in the Russian Far East, there are already ballots in the ballot boxes before the polling stations have even opened,

The Central Election Commission replies without batting an eye: those were cast by members of the commission.

By law, before voting begins, the ballot box must be empty and sealed, but on election day the Central Election Commission usually forgets such legal technicalities.

What they did not forget, however, was to cut the video feed from that polling station immediately.

The mass bussing-in of voters is happening everywhere.

Naturally, the classic direct ballot stuffing is underway:

It is still early morning in the most densely populated part of the country, which means your campaigning for a boycott of these “elections” is still very important.

We will be livestreaming what is happening throughout the day today. Updates from observers. Interesting guests. Tune in.
