The young people in the photo don’t like censorship. You could even say they hate it. And they believe YouTube will help defeat it.
They are creating a new channel, “Living in Russia”, for people who do not want to leave and believe that Russia can be changed for the better. The channel makes videos about the things people are forbidden to talk about on television.
They do not have many subscribers yet, but the videos are performing quite well. Some have reached 600,000 views, and the average is over 100,000 views.
The team is looking for people willing to work with them. The project is, of course, non-commercial, and there is no salary, but it is a great opportunity to gain recognition while doing something worthwhile.
What they need most is a young woman to appear in their videos.
Requirements: - commitment to the cause, - a desire to fight censorship, - a wish to change the world for the better, - creativity, - a strong work ethic, - a healthy ambition for recognition and on-camera work, - acting ability, - enough free time, - the ability to work in a team.
Send your résumé and links to your social media profiles (required), with the subject line “I Want to Live in Russia,” to: shaveddinov@navalny2018.org
