My show "Russia of the Future" will start airing on January 17, but we’re already hard at work. Yesterday, Lyubov Sobol’s show resumed broadcasting.

Vladimir Milov will be on air later today with an interesting program about how much extra you’ll have to pay in the new year, and what exactly for.

Here’s what I want to ask you about — this clearly calls for some collective brainpower.

Things are going pretty well for us.

Over the past 90 days, the channel has had nearly 6 million unique viewers.

The audience breakdown by age is excellent overall. Most viewers are between 25 and 44.

And a full 12% are viewers over 55, which is an excellent figure for an online channel.

But the gender balance is still far from ideal.

I’ve asked about this before — it’s something that concerns me. We’ve improved the numbers significantly: women used to make up about 11%, and now it’s almost 19%, but I’d really like us to get to at least around 35% female viewership.

Do you have any ideas or hypotheses about why that is? Write to me — I’ll read everything carefully.

And of course, don’t forget to subscribe (especially if you’re a girl).
