Stop spending your life making some rich guy even richer. Maybe at ACF you won’t be paid as much as at a bank or at some “company offering end-to-end blah-blah-blah solutions,” but here you’ll be doing useful, interesting work with a great team.
When someone asks, “What did you do today?”, instead of the sad “proposed a solution to improve functional collaboration between the marketing and sales departments :(” you’ll be able to proudly say, “went all out against the party of crooks and thieves!!!”
Come work with us. We’re looking for:
- IT Project Manager
Someone who will help us build new, exciting projects involving web services, mobile apps, and internal IT systems.
What an IT Project Manager does:
Takes part in website planning, writes a brief after the kickoff meeting, and uses it to assign tasks to the copywriter and designer; prepares technical specifications for the front-end coder and developer, oversees development and deployment, organizes the necessary level of testing, evaluates quality, and supervises work during the support phase.
For web development, we use the following technology stack:
python (django, tornado) postgresql, mongodb, redis jade for templating node.js modern js frameworks on the front end and much more (though we try to stick to a standard set)
We deploy projects using ansible and have automatic deployment to the server. All projects are under version control (git). Our projects also have centralized event and exception logging, as well as uptime monitoring.
(A candidate for this position should at least understand what all of that means.) If everything above doesn’t scare you off, and you understand that you’ll also be loaded up with plenty of things not listed here, write to us at django@fbk.info.
- Web Designer.
We’re still looking for an in-house designer (that means office-based, full-time, in Moscow) who knows and loves the web, apps, and good UX. Fast hands, strong communication skills, a sharp sense of aesthetics, a love of typography, nerves of steel, and a desire to make the world better—that’s our ideal candidate. If that sounds like you, send us a few words about yourself at design@fbk.info and include a link to your portfolio/work samples (yes, this is required; without links to your work, we won’t be able to tell anything).
Since we don’t have an HR department, we only contact candidates who make it through the initial screening. We appreciate your understanding.
