We’re in the home stretch. Exactly one week from now, Putin, Medvedev, Sobyanin, Sergunina, and that OMON officer (a Russian riot police officer) who punched a young woman in the stomach will come to claim their 90% of the seats in the Moscow parliament, St. Petersburg’s municipal councils, and the city assemblies of 22 regions across the country.
They need those 90% of the seats so they can declare that their unprecedented support continues. So they can say they rule in our name. And that they have the right to punch anyone in the stomach, because it is supposedly done in the interests of the country and the majority of the population.
How could it be otherwise, they will say, if we didn’t have support, we wouldn’t win elections.
We must stop them and tear as many seats as possible from the clutches of United Russia.
We must show through the voting results that there is no such 90 percent support. Even under conditions where they barred independent candidates from running, people can still come out and vote against United Russia candidates, expressing their distrust of the authorities.
A reminder: on September 8, there will effectively be a referendum on one question: do you trust this government and its ruling party?
The only way to say “NO” right now is coordinated voting for the strongest opponents of United Russia. In other words, “Smart Voting”.
Before the battle, you have to check your weapons. We’re running drills, and it is very important that you take part in them.
Here’s how the system works:

Go here: https://vote2019.appspot.com from your phone or computer. Enter your home address (your first name, last name, and other personal details are not needed). You will get the candidate’s name and the address of your polling station.
We also have a Telegram bot:
Send your address to this Telegram bot: @smartvotebot. It will reply with the candidate’s name and the address.
There is also the most reliable option: registering on the website.
Register on the website https://vote2019.appspot.com. We will send you the candidate’s name and your polling station address by email.
Our country is enormous. Everything is a mess, and the address databases are a mess too. There may be errors and outages. Something may break, and something may be blocked by the Kremlin.

If everything is okay, then you absolutely MUST post on your social media that the “Smart Voting” system works, that it gave you a specific candidate, and that you are urging everyone to take part in “Smart Voting”. This is the most important thing. It will only work if every active person at the core of the “Smart Voting” campaign brings in 2–3 more people.
Please don’t be lazy. United Russia will not defeat itself at the polls.
