Navalny LIVE has several openings right now. We are looking for:

- Technical Specialist
Most importantly: someone who is not afraid of equipment, coils of cables, and troubleshooting all of it on short notice (sometimes before, after, or during police searches).
An advanced Windows and Mac user (for example, able to set up a local network in both environments).
Able to configure peripheral equipment (printers, multifunction devices, projectors, routers, etc.).
Can maintain and quickly troubleshoot internet connectivity issues, and is not intimidated by requests like “reflash the MikroTik/router for the surveillance cameras.”
Can patch together streaming equipment — that is, build or restore the full chain from the studio camera to the YouTube server, or do the same on location.
Can walk into the studio and sketch its technical diagram from memory at a glance.
Supports and maintains staff information security.
- Camera Operator / Video Editor
It is important to be ready and eager to learn new formats and software (for example, vMix), while also having a solid basic skill set expected of anyone actively working in video production.
Required:
Professional command of Adobe Premiere and Adobe Photoshop.
Ability to frame shots with proper composition and lighting, and to film a speaker well both in the studio and outdoors.
Ability to shoot handheld on location.
Own editing computer.
2–3 work samples.
Preferred:
Knowledge of Adobe After Effects and vMix.
Ability to work with lighting, sound, and color correction.
Experience working with the YouTube admin interface.
Experience running live broadcasts.
- SMM Manager
Job description: at least one year of experience in SMM, strong written Russian, knowledge of typography rules, basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere Pro, as well as good taste and a desire to grow social media accounts on Twitter, Instagram, Telegram, Facebook, and VKontakte (a Russian social network). The ability to find the necessary information and learn quickly is a plus.
