Evgeny and I ran a little over 15 km in Pokrovskoye-Streshnevo (a park area in Moscow). So far, that’s the longest distance I’ve ever done. And if you’re about to tell me, “It’s all good, Alexei, you’re even winking cheerfully and your nose is rosy from the run,” I should point out that I’m not the one in the middle — I’m on the left. By the way, we’ve finally decided it would be great to invite anyone interested to join us in Moscow this weekend for a 5K, following Roizman’s famous formula: we’ll run at an easy pace, and afterward we’ll have tea and pies. Who’d be up for a run with us?
