I’m just getting off the plane, and right there on the tarmac I’m met by employees of the prosecutor’s office. “Stop!” But how am I supposed to stop? Standing here is prohibited. So I proudly walk on to the bus. They follow me onto the bus. And then, in front of the astonished passengers, a female prosecutor starts reading something out to me right there in the airport shuttle bus. As it turns out, it’s a collective statement from the staff of the Perm Krai prosecutor’s office. They support my work, condemn the criminal group entrenched in the Prosecutor General’s Office, and call on all residents of Perm to come meet with me. It will take place today at 6:30 p.m. at 77 Uralskaya Street. A very pleasant woman. I even took a selfie with her. People of Perm, come to the meeting. #Perm #HappinessIsNotFarOff PS: just kidding, of course—come on. She rattled off her usual patter about me being an extremist.
