Parkrun "Kuzminki" - ✔️ There are 19 parkruns in Moscow—free Saturday 5-kilometer runs open to anyone. I decided to gradually run all 19 of them. Last Saturday I did parkrun "Kolomenskoye," and now it’s "Kuzminki," so that means 17 still to go. This time it wasn’t scary anymore. From experience, I already knew that determined people in leggings are actually incredibly friendly. Parkrun is kind of a genius invention. Glory to the volunteers who keep it going. Right at the start they tell you: run at whatever pace feels good to you. If you can’t run, walk. There were even several people walking with poles. They choose great routes. This parkrun in Kuzminki is absolutely fantastic. You run through the forest—beautiful. After my last post, a lot of people asked how to join a parkrun.
