I’m not saying anything original, but damn, they really do grow up fast. The day before yesterday, I was picking her up from the maternity hospital. Yesterday, I was taking her to first grade. And today, she’s already finished school. We went to her graduation yesterday. I want to say that all the students are very smart and capable. Every other one is getting some kind of certificate or award. You talk to a graduate, and it’s like talking to a perfectly normal adult. It’s wonderful. It seems to me that when I graduated, we were all a lot more clueless and irresponsible. And that’s great. Our children should be better than us.
