Is the son of Defense Minister Shoigu guilty of anything? The very same "young heartthrob Sheba" from our latest investigation? Of course not—at least not until Russia introduces criminal penalties for terrible photographs. He did not choose his father—a monstrous thief, liar, and failed military commander of a senseless, lost war. Still, as I looked through photos of Sheba's carefree, glamorous life, I kept thinking about the fact that, according to ACF's (Anti-Corruption Foundation's) latest poll, 19% of citizens already know someone who has been killed in this war. People who gave their lives for no reason and no purpose, simply so that the children of Shoigu and Putin could dance and celebrate, drowning in luxury. And can you imagine how many will come home missing arms, missing legs, confined to wheelchairs—people who will have to drown their wartime memories in vodka? I wonder whether Sheba thinks about that. Maybe he worries at least a little—that cannot be ruled out. But everyone needs to know this story, especially the mobilized soldiers and their families. It contains everything about how our country works. A minister who sends other people's children to the slaughter, while sending his own to dance on banned Instagram. Corruption. And the monstrous hypocrisy of Putin's elite. I wrote that they no longer even turn on the radio for me in my cell—instead, they entertain me by playing Putin's speeches. And there he is, justifying his stupid war, furiously denouncing the immoral West, which has supposedly lost its faith and stopped reading sacred books, corrupting not only its own children but now our Russian children too. Tell me, please: can you imagine a Western country where the president has three families and six children at the same time, and his defense minister has two families and five children, as Putin and Shoigu do? A wonderful example of morality, isn't it. Life is complicated, and these things happen—it is everyone's private business. It's just that if you have a whole bunch of secret children outside marriage, you probably shouldn't be lecturing everyone else about morality, much less citing that nonexistent morality as a reason to attack a neighboring country. I want every mobilized soldier—and really everyone in Russia—to learn the happy story of Sheba the heartthrob. So please don't be lazy: the links are in the description and in the stories, send them to people you know. P.S. It occurred to me that a lot of money was invested in Sheba, but in reality it was we who seriously promoted him and gave him millions of views. ACF provides high-quality production services for the children of the Putin elite 😉
