Andrei Metelsky is running for the Moscow City Duma from your district as an independent candidate. In reality, he is a leader of Moscow’s United Russia party. He has been in power for 18 years, is now seeking a fifth term, and all these years he has filed almost empty financial disclosures. Even though his family owns real estate worth 6 billion rubles.
The Metelsky family’s assets
✔ Four hotels and a palace in Austria
✔ A huge penthouse and several more apartments in Moscow
✔ A mansion in Chistye Prudy
✔ Two country houses on Rublyovka
✔ A house in Kaliningrad
Companies owned by his family are building the Lefortovo residential complex, a luxury hotel complex, and a transport hub in Moscow; they also own restaurants, bathhouses, car dealerships, and fitness clubs. And that’s not all—the full list simply would not fit here.
Metelsky is hiding his assets—he has registered them in the names of his son, a friend, and his pensioner mother. Because there is no lawful way he could have acquired all this. He is lying to you, his voters, just as all United Russia members do.
Do not vote for Metelsky in the September 8 election. Let’s deprive United Russia of its seat in the Moscow City Duma.
