Unauthorized march, "Defend Moscow." About 200 people—protest groups fighting against infill development, along with YABLOKO and the UCF (United Civil Front)—held an unauthorized rally in Novopushkinsky Square. Then they staged an unauthorized march along Tverskaya Street, past City Hall and the State Duma, toward Teatralnaya Square. Video from the moment the spontaneous march began. There were many police officers, but they did not interfere. Though they were clearly displeased.
