Siberia

This evening I’m heading to real, honest-to-goodness Siberia. To Krasnoyarsk. I haven’t been to many places in Russia, so this is a big deal for me. I’m a little worried about bears in the streets. They say the bears there are tame, and the main thing is to always carry a few sugar cubes with you. Then they won’t bother you. In between various engagements, we’ll try to hold our “Dadebates” in a regional edition. The local crafty types even whipped up a banner for it.

So if anyone in my friends feed is from Krasnoyarsk, do come. Because if it’s just the debate participants and me, serving as both host and audience, it won’t be all that lively. And what is there to see in Krasnoyarsk, anyway? Any sights? I think there are some rock pillars there or something. What else? Does anyone know?
