Over the weekend, the founding conference and the first meeting of the movement’s political council took place. Thirty-five delegates from 15 federal subjects of the Russian Federation attended. The National Russian Liberation Movement — NAROD — has been established. We define the movement’s ideology as national-democratic. Organizationally, the movement is a supra-party structure built not on a hierarchical basis, but on a network principle. Membership in the movement is granted by application. Co-chairs of the movement: Sergei Gulyaev (St. Petersburg), Alexei Navalny (Moscow), Zakhar Prilepin (Nizhny Novgorod).
