Corruption

I decided to sort through the gigantic pile of papers on my desk. At the very bottom was a sealed envelope. Blank. Inside the envelope was $30 — a $20 bill and a $10 bill. And the ten is kind of yellowish — I’ve never seen one like that before. No idea where it came from. I should check those bills under UV light. I’m sure they say "bribe" on them.
