It turns out there is such a thing as the "International Classification of Diseases, ICD-10." It was developed by the World Health Organization. Once you read the descriptions of some of these illnesses, you realize that the people around you are sick: Illness R46.1 "Bizarre personal appearance." Illness R45.2 "Unhappiness and worry due to misfortunes" (this affliction brought down the Russian national football team) Illness R46.5 "Suspiciousness and marked evasiveness" (an epidemic, a real epidemic among government officials) and my favorite, the main illness of representatives of the human rights movement: Illness R46.7 "Verbosity and circumstantial detail obscuring reason for contact" found via d**amatveev**
